Water phillosophy for Agriculture at Java

Some time flow the water meet the rock hard and Big.. we must be fight the rock every time.. and we must be walk for the fight our problem everday... and.. at agriculture philosphy the water is very clear.. water is one thing most important for live the vegetation... Java is similar for Land for rice.. we must be to sorce of water for agriculture if we say agriculture we say live or die..
